Set a Course for Your Life
January 2024
It’s the beginning of another year and I wanted to launch it with some good news! If you remember, I asked for your agreement regarding the addition of staff members to help with the increase at Capps Ministries. Above all, we prayed for people who are called and appointed by God to join us in His ministry, and He has done it! Our new team members are performing their tasks prayerfully with YOU, our partner, foremost on their minds. They understand that this is not just a job, but a calling and a ministry. Thank you for your agreement and prayers dear partner!
I also asked you to send your requests for agreement along with 3 scriptures supporting your faith. It is an honor for me to agree with you. We have already received many reports praising God for how the Word has “changed the circumstances” in their lives. We love to hear from you and rejoice over the testimonies in our Chapel Services. It is always a special time as we pray for you, our partners, and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in prayer and the Word. I would love to have you join us on YouTube for these services.
Prayer Confessions for the New Year is a powerful way to state your faith and set a course for your life the next few months. I just now read it and spoke it out loud, which is the way Dad intended it to be used. In my heart, I can hear him speaking it and declaring it under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. I have noticed when I speak these prayer confessions, the same anointing comes upon me. The same faith rises in my heart and flows through my mouth. I have recorded my reading of this and posted it on our website cappsministries.com/prayerconfessions so that you can read your pamphlet and confess it with me. The anointing that came upon Dad and comes upon me will come upon you as you join me in these declarations.
Regardless of what is happening in the world when you read this, God’s promises have not changed and His covenant with you has not been broken. He “watches over His Word to perform it.” The NLT says, “I am watching, and I will certainly carry out all my plans.” Jeremiah 1:12
God has said, concerning YOU, “Because you have made the Lord, which is your refuge, even the most High, your habitation; there shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.” Psalm 91:9-11
I choose to agree with God concerning YOU, my partner; that you will be safe and secure, fearing no evil.
In Christ,
Annette Capps
