Annette Capps explores the two sides of God’s glory: the blessing of His manifest presence and the sobering reality of His holiness. Drawing from the Old and New Testaments, she shows how the glory of God brought protection, revelation, transformation, and reward to those walking in covenant, while exposing rebellion and spiritual blindness in those who resisted Him. From Miriam and Uzzah to Saul and Stephen, these biblical accounts reveal that the same glory can produce very different results depending on a person’s relationship with God.
Annette also traces how the Church has been transformed from glory to glory through restored truth, the work of the Holy Spirit, and the authority of the body of Christ. She emphasizes that believers do not need to fear God’s presence because they have been made righteous through Jesus. Instead, they are called to walk in peace, complete the work God has given them, reveal His character, speak His Word, and prepare the way for Christ’s return.
