Did you know that in a court of law, the intent of the law is more important, or at least as important, than the law itself. In a contract between two individuals, the intent would be more important than what was written down. It is the intent that we need to look for in the scriptures. So many times if we read the Bible like a newspaper then we miss the intent of the Word.
