In order to activate God’s power in our bodies and in our lives, we must speak our faith and act our faith.
One of the biggest deceptions that the enemy has ever perpetrated upon the Body of Christ is, “If we believe in healing, we will be all right.”
It is not enough just to believe in healing. There are thousands of people who die every day who believe in healing! They believe in the miraculous healing power of God. But the enemy has caused them to substitute belief for action.
I was raised in a church that believed in divine healing. It was one of the doctrines of our denomination. When we joined the church, we signed a little card that said we believed in healing. The pastor believed in healing. When that denomination began, it was established upon the belief of the healing power of God and miracles. The reason they had to separate from other churches was because they believed in healing. But in the 18 years that I attended that church, I cannot remember one person being healed there! Isn’t that astounding? To attend a church that would fight over the fact that they believed in divine healing, yet not see anyone receive healing is a shame."
